There are 2 types of publications from ENISA being circulated: ENISA Quarterly and some press releases: www.enisa.eu.int/publications/index_en.htm gives more detail and the past issues of ENISA quarterly. To receive the quarterly bulletin you mail press@enisa.europa.eu stating "subscribe" in the subject line and to subscribe to pressreleases, you mail the same address and state "NEWS" in the subject line. So far I have received an average of a bit more than 2.5 press releases per month with a high of 5 and a low of 0.
